If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

2. Identification of the removed material and its former location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number
5. A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant

5. Process Timeline

• Initial Review: We review DMCA notices within 2-3 business days
• Takedown: Valid notices result in prompt removal of content
• User Notification: We notify the user whose content was removed
• Counter-Notice Period: 10-14 business days for counter-notification
• Restoration: If no legal action is filed, content may be restored

6. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

7. False Claims Warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages. Please ensure your claims are accurate before submitting a notice.
